Cancellation Policy

At Capraro Plastic Surgery & Regenerative Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To provide thoughtful, personalized care, appointments are reserved specifically for you.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may also incur a fee, as this time could have been offered to another patient.

Certain services or procedures may require a longer notice period or a deposit. Any applicable requirements will be clearly communicated at the time of scheduling.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to change your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist you.
